The Engineer will provide technical support, diagnose and resolve equipment issues, and to ensure high-quality service. Engineer siting will be in client site. Key Responsibilities: Perform installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware like Barcode Printers & scanners. · Provide technical support for client, including diagnosing and solving issues with equipment such as Barcode Printer, scanner. Collaborate with internal teams to provide exceptional client service, resolve complex technical problems, and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks. · Assist in maintaining proper records of installations, technical issues, solutions, and client communications.
